At Warrior Heart Equine, we empower individuals on their journey of post-rehabilitation recovery through the transformative connection between horse and human. Our equine-assisted learning program provides a safe, supportive space to unbridle strengths, rebuild confidence, and rediscover your identity. With a focus on resilience, communication, and personal growth, we help each participant navigate life beyond recovery—one stride at a time.
Miranda Roberts is a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping others find their voice—both in communication and in life. Originally from New Hampshire, she moved across the country after completing graduate school to pursue her dream of making a difference. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings, including the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program at Phoenix Children's Hospital, the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and in a Hippotherapy program. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and a PATH Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning.
Beyond her professional expertise, Miranda’s personal journey has deepened her empathy and commitment to supporting others. As a mother of four, she has walked the challenging path of medical complexities firsthand—her youngest child was born with a congenital heart defect and underwent two open-heart surgeries before her first birthday. This experience fuels her unwavering dedication to guiding individuals and families through their own journeys of healing and resilience.
Miranda brings warmth, kindness, and a deep understanding of the human spirit to her work. Whether in the therapy room or the barn, she is committed to empowering others through meaningful connections, innovative interventions, and the healing presence of horses.
